The product
What you get, and what actually happens when you press generate
What it does
You describe what you want in plain language and, optionally, upload brand assets — colours, logo, fonts, reference images, tone of voice. From that single brief the platform produces a complete video:
- Script. A full narration script and shot list written from the brief.
- Voice. Narration synthesised in the language and tone the script calls for.
- Visuals. Every scene generated to match the script and your brand kit.
- Music & captions. Soundtrack selected to the mood; on-screen captions timed to the narration.
- Final cut. Scenes cut and timed against the voice track, then encoded — delivered as a finished file, not as raw clips to edit.
- Every format. One generation, reframed for 9:16, 16:9, 1:1 and 4:5.
A concrete example
An agency is running a campaign for one of its clients. Someone on that agency's team logs into ReelMotion, describes the campaign and generates the entire asset set themselves — the hero film, the vertical cutdowns, the square ad variants, each in the required format and on brand.
Nothing is briefed to us and no production team is involved on either side. The customer operates the platform; the platform produces the campaign. That distinction is the product: ReelMotion is software sold on a subscription, not a service sold by the project.
How it runs
The pipeline is built end to end on Google Cloud:
- Gemini on Vertex AI — reads the brief, writes the script, the shot list and the on-screen copy.
- Google Cloud voice synthesis — generates the narration, which becomes the timing spine of the edit.
- Compute Engine GPU instances — run the open generative image and video models that produce every scene, managed as a job queue so capacity follows demand.
- Automated assembly — scenes, voice and music are cut, timed and encoded into the final video.
- Cloud Run — serves the web platform and the public API.
- Cloud Storage + CDN — stores assets and delivers finished videos.
Who it is for
- Social media teams producing daily short-form content without a production team.
- E-commerce generating product and ad creative from photos and descriptions.
- Agencies producing client campaigns in-house, on their own account.
- Music & entertainment producing visualisers and promotional clips.
