What counts as a video

One video is one generated final cut. Reframing that same generation into additional aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1, 4:5) does not consume additional quota — you generate once and export everywhere.

Above the plans

Accounts that exceed the Scale volume stay on the same self-serve product and move to metered usage on top of the subscription. That is a change of volume, not a change of relationship: we still do not produce content on a customer's behalf.
